Zion Lutheran Church Worship

Sunday In-Person Worship follows county health and safety guidelines and mandated attendance restrictions

  • Face-coverings are required.
  • We are limited to 25% capacity of our sanctuary occupancy, which with social distancing of individuals and the average size of family groups puts us at a maximum of 72 plus the worship team.
  • We take the temperature of all who attend.
  • We record names for contact tracing.
  • Hand sanitizer, gloves and face masks are available to all who need them.

Despite these restrictions, the Word is proclaimed and the Sacraments are administered, and you are most welcome to attend!

Please call the church office if you have any questions about worshiping in person at Zion!

Who We Are

Zion Lutheran Church is Biblical, sacramental, liturgical, mission-oriented, traditional, community-minded, gracious, warm and inviting, worshiping in the Name of the Father, Son and Holy Spirit. We are the church which is the assembly of saints in which the gospel is taught purely and the sacraments are administered rightly. We are not perfect people, but we are a community of redeemed sinners gathered together by God and learning to live our calling to love and serve our neighbor in Jesus’ name.

Our Mission Statement

In Jesus Christ we…
REJOICE in God’s Grace,
RENEW through God’s Word and
REACH OUT to serve others,
….all to the Glory of God!

About Our Service

Our service is liturgical which means that the people are active to proclaim the promises of Christ and confess our faith that He has accomplished all things for our salvation. “It is finished.”

Zion Lutheran Church is located at 25105 132nd Ave. S.E. in Kent, Washington.
